A celebration of food and culture from across the Middle East - 

delicious food created by our mothers shared with guests 

in a wonderful evening of food, stories and song.....

We are looking for people who love cooking from the Arabic, 

Muslim and Jewish traditions who would be interested in cooking 

their favourite dish to bring to this Hafla/Fertile Ground event. 

We are not looking for professional cooks,

just people who love food and cooking.
