We believe that tech entrepreneurs are the catalysts for change and are key to transforming the MENAT region into a thriving, innovative, and successful region. That’s something worth celebrating! Hence our name, Hafla or حفلة . An Arabic word meaning “celebration or gathering”.
Our Mission
We founded Hafla with the mission to scale and augment tech startups in the MENAT region by sharing know-how and expertise while investing to create new business and job opportunities in the region.
Why MENAT
The MENAT region boasts one of the largest untapped digitized ecosystems across the globe, with over 600 million people. It’s an emerging market comprised of many ecosystems in their growth phases of innovation and digitization. Promising talent, regulatory infrastructure, and incoming capital have all contributed to a bright horizon of innovation in the MENAT region.
